Stopping to read the labels

I'm busy. I am sure you are busy. It is hard to stop and read the label on every food you pick up to put in your shopping cart.

One way to reduce trans fats easily is to change where you shop. Some stores, like Whole Foods Markets, are refusing to carry products that contain trans fats. So, when you shop in their aisles you can rest assured that the food you buy is all trans fat free.

Even if you still go to a more mainstream grocery store for some of your favorite items, you can save time and reduce your overall trans fat intake. And, you might even find some new healthy foods that you want to add to your diet.
