Trans fat free amusement parks

Both Universal Studios theme parks and Disneyland have announced plans to reduce trans fatty acids in the foods they serve. This is great news!

Visitors to theme parks are virtual prisoners to the food service menus since most people opt not to carry their own food into the parks. Certainly if you are vacationing, you may need to rely on the convenience of food served at your destination, so kudos to those amusement parks that are putting healthier fats on their menus. Now, if they could just make a no-calorie Churro and get rid of the lines for my favorite rides, we'd be in business...
